Yes, I confess! I love a Toddy Brew - and I personally drink cold brewed coffee on a regular basis. BUT... rather than replacing my favorite brew (pluger/French Press), I've simply added the Toddy Brew to my coffee habbit! Here are my quick tips for drinking cold-brew:
- It's great to drink after 4pm - less caffeine, so won't keep you awake at night.
- It's lovely as a "long black" - personally I love milk in my coffee, but a toddy brew is so low in acidity and bitterness that it's EASY to drink black. I adore it!
- You don't have to give up your regular coffee. Just cut down and add cold-brew to your day. For me I find it adds interest and variety.
- Just give it a go!
