The toddy system has been designed specifically for brewing coffee using the cold water extraction method. Here's a few things you should know:
- This method takes 10-12 hours to brew a coffee extract using cold water only.
- Using cold water extracts less of the bitterness from the bean, resulting in a much smoother brew.
- It produces a liquid extract/syrup that can be used to make both hot and cold coffees.
- It is very different to regular coffees, but very likeable and well worth adding to your daily beverages.
